Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final once an order has been delivered.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.
To report a damaged or defective item, please email us.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
-Your item arrives damaged, or
-There is a manufacturing defect
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
-Change of mind
-Incorrect orders placed by the customer
-Normal wear and tear
-Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Shipping Issues
Radiant Science Co is not responsible for:
-Delays caused by the shipping carrier
-Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
